Is it big enough to shoot a tulle tutu?

I `m doing my daughter a tutu and no fabric store near my home without driving for over an hour. So Im looking online and was wondering if a 6 "X 25 yard line is big enough to make a tutu. I was going through this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B7aSPMEn7S0&feature=player_embedded # Please Help! And I know it's a silly question, but coil is only 25 meters? This is the first time I bought the fabric myself.
