Can anyone give me instructions on how to make lavender spa salt?

I did a lot, but has always had different instructions on how do. Some people add the lavender oil and others say add dried flowers. Some people use Epsom salts, some say that using Dead Sea salt. I also heard that Epsom salts can ruin the plumbing in the spa. I would appreciate if someone could give me a guide and instructions on how make lavender spa salt. I intend to do a lot (hundreds of pounds, maybe a thousand).
