"Do not Be Square"

Artists learn to lead the eye exactly where they want. Not only that, leading in a way that is pleasant, undemanding. For example, imagine a country house in a wooded area. It was a straight path that leads diagonally to the door. Now, it's a way to look at going to the cottage! However, straight lines can appear rigid and severe. A professional artist should know that the image would be more effective and pleasing to the eye if the road was winding, with perhaps two or three criminals on the road.

Artists always improve on Mother Nature. Do not be alarmed. You need not look beyond their own backyard to realize that Mother Nature is not always perfect. Sometimes she makes little boo boos. If you have a flower garden opening, chances are, you've weeding of Mother Nature, in order to get a good view!

"Lines" are powerful not only in the paintings, but throughout life. As you learned, straight lines indicate rigidity. Parking, however, contain many edges, and may suggest not only sharpness, but also many pitfalls. The eye has to stop abruptly and continue in another direction when considering a square. Circles and other lines of circularity suggest ease and fullness. The eye flows over circular lines. People who design in circular movements are more fluid and easier to live as those who draw rigid angular lines.

Square nails were tip mode lately. Long nails are kept well is supposed to suggest refinement and femininity, but square toe nails subtly contradict this message. The sharp edges of the nails subtly and subliminally suggest a certain sharpness. Nails that are rounded are much more pleasing to the eye. Finally, the "hardness" of square nails is further enhanced with the use of nail polish seems too dark, almost black. The effect on general may actually be very afraid.

We can extend this idea of lines of the square is "hard" human face. Square jaw in a man is admired. It suggests the strength of character and body. A change of principles with young boys at puberty in the shape of the jaw. Change the soft roundness of a child the angularity of a man. The girls at puberty does not know what kind of radical change. In contrast, lose their "Baby Fat" look and appear like a woman couple with a "chiseled" face. Occasionally shoe designers bring the square-toed shoes for men and women. As you might guess, this is not a good idea. However, in industry fashion, the change is a new way to replace an "old" one. Increased sales, rather than looking better, is the motivation most often. Most not want to use that date styles, so discard the old and get a new one. Unfortunately, women's feet awkwardly and more square-toed shoes. And thick, square-heeled shoes are almost as bad. Especially those who are inclined in opposite directions and are larger at the bottom. They also suggest a certain clumsiness. Men's shoes are better. Neither the fingers or feet square and square-toed shoes simply look clumsy. When it comes to shoes, not square!

But what about the pointy shoes popular? Do not look left foot, only longer. Curiously, that cause most of the feet to be considered "great" when used in flat-heeled versions. The long line is broken with high heels, and feet are sound "big". The feet are very large are considered "large". Traditionally feet wide have been associated with the peasants without shoes and feet slender, the finest people wearing shoes.

Everything is relative when it comes to lines. If you have a round face too, or some extra kilos you want to camouflage, you can add less angular lines to suggest the fullness or roundness. A jacket or top with a V-neck would be preferable to one with a rounded neckline, for example. On the other hand, if you have a pointed chin, you want to stay away from a V-neck shirt or jacket.

And for the male readers of Tidewater Women, think about the choice of the models chosen for their links. Some may be very abrupt. The small round spots and moles are much nicer than many small square blocks, for example. Do not be square!
